Fairfield Farms Committees

We are trying to form committees so our Association can operate smoothly and efficiently with as many of you as possible contributing your ideas. 


We would like 5 to 10 people for each committee. We need your support and involvement to keep our neighborhood one of the finest residential areas in Kent County.

Good Neighbor and Welcoming Team

 Where we check in on our aging neighbors or anyone needing help, connect, or provide services that they may need temporarily.  Being neighborly, giving a hand-up instead of a hand-out, and connecting them with resources within the community. Welcoming new neighbors, approach new neighbors, notify membership of deaths, births, and marriages in the neighborhood.

Special Events & Intrest Team

Arragnge neighborhood activities and events, participate in fund raisers, special interest and hobbies groups, line up guest speakers for membership meetings, etc.

Joe Hutter has offered to be a Chaplain for our Civic Association members.  He will be available to priovide some spiritual, emotional, and some religious support to anyone who may need some guidance and comfort during a crises, greif or during a stressful time.
