We are trying to form committees so our Association can operate smoothly and efficiently with as many of you as possible contributing your ideas.
We would like 5 to 10 people for each committee. We need your support and involvement to keep our neighborhood one of the finest residential areas in Kent County.
The Leadership Team is made up of dedicated volunteers who are committed to serving our community. They work tirelessly to ensure that our association runs smoothly and efficiently. They strive to be PRO-active instead of RE-active.
Board members are....
Where we check in on our aging neighbors or anyone needing help, connect, or provide services that they may need temporarily. Being neighborly, giving a hand-up instead of a hand-out, and connecting them with resources within the community. Welcoming new neighbors, approach new neighbors, notify membership of deaths, births, and marriages in the neighborhood.
Arragnge neighborhood activities and events, participate in fund raisers, special interest and hobbies groups, line up guest speakers for membership meetings, etc.
Definition: intervention in a dispute in order to resolve it,
